Each course is a sequence of modules with audio and video practices, written notes and short reflections. You move at your own pace and can rejoin any live session for that course.

What happens after I enrol?

You see an immediate on-screen confirmation with your reference number, and the enrolment appears in your dashboard under Enrolments.

Can my organisation run a private cohort?

Yes. Sports, corporate and Armed Forces programmes are scoped to your team size, objectives and delivery window. Submit the group enquiry form and we respond with a proposal.

Are offline programmes residential?

Some are. Each listing states the format, location, dates and capacity. Places are confirmed after we review your booking enquiry.

Is the assessment a clinical diagnosis?

No. The self-assessment gives an educational baseline across stress, sleep, nutrition, energy and focus. It is not a medical assessment and does not replace clinical advice.

Can I retake the assessment?

Yes, and you should. Repeating it every few weeks builds the progress trend shown on your dashboard.
